 Jerry W. Burgess, D.D.S.
Dr. Burgess was raised in Wheeler, Texas before attending
Abilene Christian University, where he studied predental with
emphasis in biology. He received his dental degree at the
University of Texas-Houston Dental School. Following dental
school, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Army for two years
in the US and Korea.
Dr. Burgess has served Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake
and the surrounding NE Tarrant community since 1971. He
is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas
Dental Association and the Ft. Worth District Dental Society.
He presently resides in Southlake with his wife, Linda. Jerry and Linda have two children,
Becca and Brian.
 Scott A. Mason, D.D.S.
Dr. Mason was raised in Lubbock, Texas before attending
Texas Tech University and Lubbock Christian University. He
completed his predental studies at the University of Texas
at Arlington before attending and receiving his dental degree
at Baylor College of Dentistry in 1993. He came to Grapevine
in 1993 as Dr. Burgess' associate. He and Dr. Burgess have
been partners since 1998.
Dr. Mason is a member of the American Dental Association,
Texas Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Ft.
Worth District Dental Society, and the Association of Alumni
for Psi Omega Dental Fraternity. He and his wife, Cathy,
reside in Grapevine, where they are raising their two boys.
